Ever thought of making 18,000 enchiladas? That"s how many enchiladas the parish made just a few weeks ago for our annual Enchilada Fundraiser Project. Many parishioners share their time in getting ready for this event and in rolling enchiladas, not to mention those who help by taking orders and selling enchiladas to their family, friends, co-workers, etc. Another great opportunity for parish involvement.
