Ever thought of making 20,000 enchiladas? That"s how many enchiladas the parish makes every spring for our Enchilada Fundraiser Project. Many parishioners share their time in getting ready for this event and in rolling anchiladas, not to mention those who help by taking orders and selling enchiladas to their family, friends, co-workers, etc. Another great opportunity for parish involvement.

Thanks to everyone for making this year's Enchilada Project such a success. A special thanks to Debbie Escobar for all the time she donated to organize and facilitate this great undertaking. It was a lot of work, but it was also a lot of fun... a real labor of love. Be watching for information regarding the 2012 Enchilada project which will be gearing up shortly after the start of the new year.
