Finance Council

The Parish Finance Council oversees the financial stewardship of the parish and recommends to the pastor appropriate action in the areas of finance and administration of immaterialities in accordance with Archdiocesan Policies and Procedures. The council is also responsible for preparing and approving the annual parish budget, reviewing regularly the current finances of the parish, reporting annually to the parishioners the financial status of the parish, assisting the pastor in promoting stewardship so that the financial needs of the parish are adequately met, and ensuring that a proper system of internal controls for handling funds is in place. Members of the Finance Council are chosen and appointed by the pastor.

Every year, the parish publishes a year end financial report which covers the previous fiscal year. The report for the time period July 1, 2011-June 30, 2012 is now available for your viewing.
