St. Matthew's Annual FALL FESTIVAL CELEBRATION took place on October 22 & 23, 2011. What a marvelous weekend, and we're not just talking about the weather. It was so great to see so many people involved in the weekend; those who attended and participated in all the various activities and those whose hard work made all the activities possible. Parishioner Bruce Snell put the together this video that not only shows what the weekend is all about, but gives you a pretty goo behind-the-scenes look at what all goes into making the Fall Festival Celebration the great tradition that it is.

Light of the World Retreat Prayer
Jesus Christ, Light of the World, shine your favor on our faith community, and grant your many blessings on those preparing for the upcoming Light of the World parish retreat.
O Holy Spirit of God, tame the ever increasing demands on our time and attention so that we might hear God’s gentle voice of Love speaking to our hearts. Shield our minds and hearts from the darkness, and lead us into the Light of Christ. Keep our hearts open to His calling, and grant a deep Spiritual Richness to all attending the retreat.
Amen.

Men's Open Gym Night

Attention men of St. Matthew's! On Monday evenings the parish hosts a Men's Open Gym Night. This activilty is open to all men who are registered members of our parish and their guests, age 18 and older. It runs from 8-10pm in Trompeter Gym. Stop in whenever you can and join in on a pick up game of basketball.
