It shall be the mission of the Council that St. Matthew Catholic School provide our children with an excellent, faith-based education in the most cost-effective manner possible. To that end, the Council shall (1) serve as an advisory body to the Pastor and Principal regarding the school, (2) provide a two-way conduit for communication between the school and the community, (3) be responsible for the institutional advancement of the school, (4) undertake long-range planning and development to secure the future of Catholic education at St. Matthew Catholic School, and (5) act as ambassadors for the school to the parish and the surrounding community. |
